Have you ever thought about downsizing and living in a Tiny Home?

Well, now you can experience tiny home living while enjoying our beautiful campground in the NC Mountains. Our property sits along 1600 ft of the North Toe River (stocked with Trout) and is 10 miles off the Blue Ridge Parkway in Western North Carolina.

Our Tiny Home Cabin #5 features beautiful views of our open grass fields, fishing pond, and views of Buck Hill and Spear Top Mountain!

Our Tiny Home Cabin #5 can accommodate 8 people and features:

• Cozy living room with TV

• Full bathroom

• Full kitchen (fridge, gas range, microwave, coffee maker)

• Overhead ceiling fan

• AC unit and a propane heater

• Queen Bedroom on the main floor, and 2 sleeping lofts with Queen memory gel foam mattresses

• Sleeper Sofa in the living room

• Big covered porch with rocking chairs and a porch swing that looks directly at our pond and Buck Hill Mountain

• Enjoy s'mores by your fire pit any time of the year!

• Communal park-style charcoal grills by our pond!

You bring your own:

• Pillows, linens, or sleeping bags

• Fishing poles

• Your hiking shoes (the campground is 144 acres and we have a hiking trail to the top of Buck Hill Mountain, approx a 60-minute hike for most people)

• Food and Drink

• Outdoor Toys

• Games

• Sunscreen / Bug Spray

The Campground Includes:

• Laundry facility

• Arcade room (with billiards, pinball, and arcade games)

• Dedicated fiber service that provides free high speed internet all over the campground!

• 2 Pickleball Courts / Basketball Courts

• Recently Renovated Playground area

• Movie Under The Stars on weekends in summer/fall

Pricing is per night for 2 guests add more guests for an additional fee per guest max 6. Please note we require a 2-night minimum stay on the weekends, but guests can book 1 night on Sunday-Thursday nights.

We also require a minimum 3-night stay on all major holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
